Summer camps
XR summer camp.
- 2026 XR Summer CampRegistration has ended. The student site listed it as a paid course.
- SURADD STEM Summer CampImmersive VR curricula that build 21st-century skills among K–12 students in informal learning settings (from the SURADD project).
K-12 outreach
VR in middle school classrooms.
Through SURADD, XR Jags brought VR headsets, standards-aligned VR science modules and teacher training to classrooms within a 15-mile radius of Southern University, and mobile VR systems to rural communities.
CAVE tours
See the CAVE on campus.
CAVE tours on campus last about one hour, for visitors ages 12 and up, with no more than six people per group (from the student site). For larger groups or visits off campus, ask for the Mobile CAVE truck.
